More about Sovereign Network Group
Our strategic priorities include:
01
Formed through the merger of Sovereign Housing Association and Network Homes in October 2023, SNG manages over 82,000 homes and serves approximately 210,000 residents across London and the South of England.
We are one of the largest housing associations in the UK in terms of homeownership, resident services, and development capacity. Our robust development pipeline aims to build 25,000 new homes over the next decade, backed by an ambitious £9.2 billion investment strategy. Sustainability is a core focus, with retrofitting and decarbonisation initiatives complementing new development efforts.
With an annual income of over £830 million, the group is well-positioned to meet its long-term objectives, providing good, affordable homes to thousands of people – and addressing Britain’s housing crisis through strategic investments and partnerships.
Grow Britain’s housing supply and address the housing crisis through significant development initiatives – including regeneration and maintenance of existing high-quality housing stock
02
Create healthy, sustainable communities through our “Thriving Communities” strategy, which aims to improve residents' well-being through community investment and partnerships
03
Deliver on our ambitious sustainability goals, including retrofitting and decarbonising homes to meet strong environmental standards
04
Enhance customer experience by investing in new processes to empower residents to influence and co-create services – including in areas such as employment, digital access and financial wellbeing
05
Strengthen its financial position to become more resilient and to be able to navigate challenges in the supply chain and wider economy, while still delivering on social housing and community initiative
06
Show leadership in the sector, taking an innovative and bold approach to addressing housing challenges.
