We’re looking for a forward-thinking and experienced individual with a background in housing development, strategic asset management, and placemaking, to guide SNG’s ambitious development agenda. While you’ll need a strong sense of commercial value, much of this role is about delivering social value for communities – and ultimately helping solve Britain’s housing crisis.

You’ll work closely with our Board and Chief Investment & Development Officer – bringing significant experience and expertise in the development sector to complement other skill sets on the Board and Executive Team. You’ll foster collaboration and open communication between the executive team and Board – acting as a sense checker, trusted adviser and mentor. And you’ll provide valuable insights to help drive our long-term vision, building on what’s already working and identifying areas to streamline and improve.  

Critically, you’ll have a deep understanding of the socio-economic challenges and opportunities that arise from large-scale regeneration – and the knowledge and skills needed to navigate these sensitively and create healthy, resilient communities for residents to live and thrive.
